LIBMASTER.COM END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
between you (either an individual or a single entity) and
LibMaster.com for the software product identified above, which
includes computer software and may include associated media,
printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation
("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the
software.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and
international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties.
LIBMASTER.COM SOFTWARE LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and
international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. The
SOFTWARE consists of product documentation, application, and
support files individually identified as "COMPONENT" and
collectively referred to herein as "SOFTWARE".
GRANT OF LICENSE

LibMaster.com grants to you as an individual, a personal, non-
exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute a single
instance of the SOFTWARE on a single computer or on multiple
computers provided that there is no chance of concurrently running
two or more distinct instances of the SOFTWARE simultaneously for
the purposes of evaluating the performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
for a period of no more than 30 days. If after that time continued
use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is desired then the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
must be registered with LibMaster.com subject to the terms as laid
out in the registration information, which can be found in the
documentation accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. If you are an
entity LibMaster.com grants you the right to appoint an individual
within your organization to use and administer the SOFTWARE subject
to the same restrictions enforced on individual users.

You may not alter in any way the copyright information. The font
size of the copyright information must be of a legible size. The
hyperlinks, embedded in the copyright information to
http://www.LibMaster.com must remain visible and functional.
COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned
by Alexandr Molchevsky, LibMaster.com or component vendors. The
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
like any other copyrighted material except that you may either (a)
make one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or archival
purposes, or (b) install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
purposes.
THIRD PARTY COMPONENT LICENSING TERMS
Third party utilities, application programs, and/or components
designed to integrate with Personal Firewall are subject to the
license terms governing those products.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity
is expressly permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding this
limitation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR, ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTOR
DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT,
TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY
WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE,
OR USAGE OF TRADE.
